Know What’s Included In Our Recurring Clean

With our recurring service, the goal is to maintain your home’s general level of cleanliness.

The clean will begin with dusting from top to bottom; getting all fans, ledges, blinds, windowsills, decorations, corners, crevices, and baseboards. Next we spot clean your blinds, walls, windowsills, light switches, and power outlets. After that decorative (as needed), bathroom, front door, back door, and sliding glass doors are cleaned (inside and out where appropriate). Then we’ll polish wood; door frames and doors, cabinet exteriors, shelving, furniture, and baseboards as needed. Next we clean the surfaces in all kitchens, bar areas, laundry rooms, and bathrooms including backsplashes. Stainless steel is polished. After that we clean and disinfect the sinks, showers, tubs, and toilets making sure to include their exteriors and polish their fixtures. We’ll clean the interior of your microwave and the exteriors of big and small appliances (can openers, coffee machines, ovens, fridge,etc). Trash cans will be emptied, relined, and spot cleaned as needed. Next, we’ll vacuum all of your flooring paying close attention to corners, underneath appliance, and ledges. Finally, we’ll steam mop all of your hard flooring paying close attention to corners, underneath appliances, and ledges.

Mention your desired add-on items; windows (inside only, outside only, or both), the inside of your fridge and/or oven, a junk haul off, leather cleaning, organization or de cluttering with your estimate request.

Determine When To Schedule Your Recurring Clean

Your regularly scheduled service may take 2-6 hours depending on the size of your home and scope of work to be done. Schedule the clean when it’s most convenient for your household. Feel free to be home while we clean, run errands, or pass in and out comfortably. We are family and pet friendly.

How often your clean should occur depends on the household’s needs. Are you a single, tidy, detail-oriented individual with limited through traffic? Book it once a month. Are you a highly efficient parent or single adult who likes to keep a clean home and has moderate traffic? Biweekly will work well. Are you overwhelmed parenting multiple kids, working like crazy, limited by age, or do you have loads of laundry piling up? Weekly will serve your home best. After you book it, if you decide you need more or less clean, we can make the necessary adjustments.

Mention any add-ons (organization, leather cleaning, windows inside and/or out, laundry, etc.) that interest you when you request an estimate.
